As part of our TOTAL SAFETY APPROACH, Creedence invests time and resources to ensure all team members have the training and tools to be successful. Through Behavior Based Safety, our team learns careful observation practices to identify danger before it happens. These findings are analyzed and discussed as a team to find safe solutions and better practices. These solutions are continually revisited to ensure the best procedures and controls are identified and put into practice. The result is our team and the people they work with making it home every night, safe and sound; protection of the environment and communities our families live in; and the prevention of damage to assets and equipment.
